Kinder 3 Questions Pack

Books

Change your Questions – Change your Life by Marilee Adams PhD – This is my favorite book on appreciative inquiry and the practice of using questions built from a positive lens. It’s small, accessible, and quickly actionable.

What Every Body is Saying by Joe Navarro – My favorite book about body language and how it shows up in common interactions. This is also a quick read, and once you’re aware of some of these actions you’ll start to notice them in yourself and in others.

Lighting the Torch – the Kinder Method of Life Planning – by George Kinder and Susan Galvan – If you’re interested in the 3 Questions and how they work in practice, this is a great read.

The Anatomy of Peace by The Arbinger Institute – We use this book extensively through our firm so we can think of how we show up for each other regularly. The ‘Way of Being’ that is discussed in this business parable is probably something I think about every day. Leadership and Self Deception from the same group is also wonderful.

Ignore Everybody by Hugh MacLeod – This book inspired me a lot as I was starting my firm. Hugh is an artist that works on culture change within communities and organizations.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey – This is a timeless classic. It’s worth a re-read every now and then.
